The final RFP for CIO-SP4 is scheduled for release very soon, likely
January 2021.
CIO-SP4 is a $40b GWAC (Government-Wide Acquisition Contract) and one of the biggest RFPs of 2021. It comprises ten TAs (Task Areas) and uses a scorecard approach to demonstrate past performance etc.
